Microwave sensor - Doppler method

The electric wave transmitted from transmission antenna reflects off an object and input from receiving antenna. LNA amplifies this weak signal, and beat signal (IF signal) is acquired with phase sensitive detector (IQ mixer).

24GHz band microwave sensor module to detect short-distance moving object

NJR4266 is a human detecting sensor module that includes 24GHz band microwave circuit, antenna, signal processing circuit and MCU in a low back package of 17.2 x 27.3 x 5.2mm, that enables detection of the object moving slowly such as pedestrians within short distance (7 - 14m). It has signal processing optimized for non-contact switch, as well as human detection.
